Starting 2019 on a positive note in the Hillier View for Star Weekly newspapers.
Dale Ryder – member of the Absolutely Eighties band and former lead singer of Boom Crash Opera – is our first guest of 2019 in Food Bytes for Star Weekly. Born in India, Dale learnt very on how to make the most wonderful, fragrant curries. He’s an awesome cook, and loves entertaining at home, at his outdoor Japanese Teppanyaki grill.
3AW Breakfast co-host John Burns is this week’s special guest in Food Bytes for Star Weekly. John knows his way around the kitchen pretty well. His signature dish is a slow-cooked oxtail ragut, but when it comes to his favourite food, he loves nothing better than a potato cake from Fish Fetish in Sorrento or a good old Four ‘n Twenty pie, preferably eaten at the footy!
